1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tk884 online gaming platform, accessible at tk884.club ("the Platform", "the Site", "tk884"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

tk884 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of tk884 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tk884 operates a strict 18+ policy. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting as a private individual in your personal capacity, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not, and have never been, self-excluded from this Platform or any related platform operated under the same brand.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of tk884 or any of its software and payment partners, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

tk884 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a photograph of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accumulated during the unverified period may be withheld.

If you become aware that a minor (a person under 18 years of age) has gained access to your account or the Platform in general, you must notify the tk884 support team immediately at [email protected]. 3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on tk884, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. You must not use a fictitious identity, another person's details, or any misleading information during the registration process.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on tk884. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tk884 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold winnings where bonus funds were involved.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any action taken using your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk884 immediately. tk884 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your residential address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account profile accordingly or contact support. Inaccurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing and may trigger additional verification steps.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tk884 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. The Platform does not accept cash deposits or bank cheques.

4.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the Platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily or transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment processor. tk884 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. For fully verified accounts, bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 60 minutes depending on network conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tk884 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions or where account activity suggests unusual patterns.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

tk884 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The Platform reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any anti-money laundering (AML) checks. Accounts under AML review will be notified where legally permissible.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tk884 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount and applicable wagering multiplier are detailed on the promotion page. The welcome bonus is available to new accounts only — one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Progress towards wagering requirements can be tracked in your account dashboard.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports bets, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unmet wagering requirements expire after the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: tk884 has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, and exploiting promotions in ways not intended by the Platform. Accounts found to have abused bonus terms will have winnings voided and may be permanently banned.

tk884 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding the application of bonus terms are made at the sole discretion of the Platform and are final.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using tk884, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in any live poker or live table game environment.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any winnings derived from technical errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform's banking infrastructure.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other players or tk884 support staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account limit imposed on your account or any other account.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-based restrictions.

tk884 monitors account activity and platform usage for compliance with these obligations. Detection of prohibited conduct will result in account investigation, temporary suspension, or permanent closure, as determined by the severity of the breach and at the sole discretion of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the tk884 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, imagery, audio clips, game assets, data compilations, and software — is the property of tk884 or its content and game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this Platform without the express written permission of tk884. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to tk884 for display purposes only.

The tk884 brand name, logo, and associated trade marks are proprietary identifiers of this Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — commercial or otherwise — is prohibited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tk884 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity (exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction), or at your own request.

8.1 Player-Requested Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, tk884 will process the closure, settle any outstanding real-money balance to your verified payment method, and confirm closure in writing. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of closure are forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. tk884 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to any dormancy-related administrative action. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will have those funds held in trust for a reasonable period as permitted under applicable policy, after which administrative fees may apply.
